Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically cleared to participate in kick-boxing activities. It is your responsibility to inform our instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate safely. LUNERY KICK BOXING is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise from participation in our programs.

3. Payment and Fees:

Membership fees and program costs are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in accordance with the payment schedule outlined at the time of registration. Late payments may incur additional fees. Refunds are subject to the discretion of LUNERY KICK BOXING and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LUNERY KICK BOXING and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this website without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability:
